Ally

An ally is a Free Peoples character that helps your companions from afar but who does not move with them. Allies are played to your support area, rather than as part of your fellowship.

Each ally has a home site, at which that ally may participate in archery and skirmishes alongside your companions. An ally's home site is listed below their picture. There are also some cards and phase actions that allow an ally to participate in archery and skirmishes at sites other than their home site.

An ally's game text and associated phase actions may be used at any site.

Allies from the Fellowship block do not have home sites on The Two Towers adventure path and vice-versa. Sites not on the Fellowship block adventure path are indicated by a symbol next to their site number, such as the (T) symbol on sites from The Two Towers block
