Discard Pile

Each player has a discard pile, into which the cards that have been played or used go when discarded. All cards go to their owner's discard pile when removed from play except for companions and allies who have been killed; these cards go to the dead pile instead. Cards in the discard pile are not active, and do not prevent other cards, whether unique or not, with the same card title from being played.
