Ignore List

Your Ignore List is a list of players for whom you don't want to see any text output, game notification, or other information about. These players won't be able to join games you start, you won't see anything they say in any lobbies, and you won't receive trade or other requests from them.

You can manage your Ignore List from the Buddy and Ignore List Preferences, or from any Chat Window.
