Your Password

Your password is the means by which The Lord of the Rings Online TCG determines that it is really you accessing your account.

It is very important that you keep your password secret!

In no circumstances should you share your password with anyone. No representative of Worlds Apart Productions or of Decipher will ever ask you for your password. You are responsible for the safety of your password, and for any actions your account takes with the use of that password. Because we cannot tell that anyone using your password is not you, we cannot undo any actions taken by your account with the use of your password.

If you forget your password, you can have it reset from the Forgot your password? page. This will set your password to a random string, and email it to the email address associated with your account. Do not write to support if you forget your password. Because the sending address of an email is easy to fake, if you or anyone else writes to us asking for your password we will not oblige the request.

You can change your password at any time from your Change Password page.
