Playmat
The Playmat is where games actually take place.
The parts of the Playmat are:
- The Shadow and Free Peoples Areas
Where all cards except sites are played.
- The Magnify Window
Enables a magnified view of any card.
- The Hand Area
Where you can see the cards in your hand.
- The Site Path
The cards that make up the site path.
- The Player Info Box
Information about each player.
- The Last Action/Chat Window
A record of each action in the game, as well as the chat window.
- The Dialogue Box
Prompts to perform actions, or make choices, appear in the dialogue box.
A game can be adjourned by right-clicking (ctrl-clicking for Macintosh users) anywhere on the playmat, and selecting "Offer Adjourn" from the resulting menu.
After players are taken to the Playmat, the player going first will automatically place their site 1 on the site path, and play will proceed to the Starting Fellowship Selection.
