Regroup Phase
During the regroup phase players may perform regroup phase actions (see the Action Procedure). Then each Shadow player reconciles his hand. After the Shadow players have reconciled, the Free Peoples player decides whether to end his turn or to move his fellowship again this turn (provided the move limit allows). If the Free Peoples player chooses to end his turn, he reconciles his hand, and the next player's turn begins. If he decides to move again, he does not reconcile his hand, but moves his fellowship to the next site (with the appropriate Shadow player playing the next site if necessary), adding twilight tokens to the twilight pool (both for the Shadow number of the new site and for the number of companions in the fellowship). Play then flows to the first Shadow player's Shadow phase - a player only gets one fellowship phase per turn.
