Technical Support

There are several means to get technical support for The Lord of the Rings Online TCG.

  • FAQ: The first place to check is always the FAQ. It contains basic information on the issues most frequently brought up, and is updated regularly.
  • Forums: The forums include a number of message boards specifically designed to allow players to help each other out, both with gameplay questions as well as technical questions.
  • Email: If the FAQ or other areas of the web site don't provide you with the information you need, send us an email, and we'd be glad to help you out.
  • Beginners Lobby: Within the game, there is a Beginner's Lobby that contains both a basic and an advanced tutorial, designed to not only show you how the game works, but to show you how the game software works as well. You can reach this by clicking on the Tutorials and Beginner's Lobby in the Main Lobby area once you've logged into the game.
  • In-game GMs: There will usually be at least one volunteer or staff members in one of the game lobbies - most often the Beginner's Lobby, but possibly the Casual Games Lobby - who will be able to help out with any questions you might have. They are there to make your experience a better one - don't hesitate to ask them anything! You'll be able to identify them by the staff icon beside their name in the userlist on the right of most lobbies.

Reporting bugs: If you find something you believe is wrong with the game software - whether something to do with the way the game works, or something to do with the software itself - please let us know! You can report these problems through the Bugzilla bug reporting tool.
