Trading

You can start trading with another player while in the Trade Lobby by right-clicking (ctrl-clicking for Macintosh users) on their name in the user list.

After selecting "Trade" from the resulting menu, they will be presented with a dialog box asking them if they would like to join you in a trade session. If they do not accept you will see a message stating this in the Chat Window, otherwise you will be taken to a private trading session. You may also cancel the trade before the other party accepts it.

When the private trading session opens it displays the cards available for trade from your trading partners collection. You can make cards available for trade from the Collection Manager. You may switch collections by clicking the tabs above the upper right corner of the binder. The collection currently being viewed is labeled above the binder window.

You can filter the cards you see using the standard filters.

You can drag cards from your trading partner's collection to the "You Get" window, and your trading partner, who is viewing the cards available for trade in your collection, can drag cards from that view into your "They Get" window.

You can also view cards in your own collection by clicking on the tab at the top of the binder window. You can then drag cards from this view into the "They Get" window.

You can also add cards to their respective windows by right-clicking (ctrl-clicking for Macintosh users) and selecting the number of cards you would like to add.

Both parties can chat to each other from the chat window below the binder window.

Once both parties are happy with the trade, each can click the "Accept" button in the "You Get" window (you can see their status, either "Pending" or "Accepted" at the bottom of the "You Get" window). Any addition or removal of cards from the trade at this point will clear an accepted status and both parties will need to accept the trade again. A confirmation dialog appears to each party, and they must each confirm the trade. When both parties have confirmed the trade, the cards are removed from each side and sent to the other. Your new cards will appear in a card delivery window, just as if you had purchased them. Both parties remain in the trade session, and can either conduct another trade, or return to the lobby.

You may clear the "They Get" window at any time by selecting the "Clear" button. See also Trade Lobby.
