Twilight Tokens

The number of twilight tokens in the twilight pool is a measure of the risk the fellowship is undertaking. Generally, the more tokens in the pool, the more Shadow cards the Shadow players will be able to play and the greater the threat will be to the fellowship. Twilight is added into the twilight pool by the actions of the Free Peoples player, and removed from the twilight pool by the actions of the Shadow players.
